Matt is a catalyst that thrives in making ambitions a reality.  Matt’s WHY in life is helping people make sense of their complex issues in order for them to move forward faster and achieve GIANT RESULTS.  

Entrepreneurship is in Matt’s DNA. He is 5th generation in the agribusiness sector and 3rd generation to own and operate the family business. Matt’s real-world experience came from having to learn on the job since his father passed away at an early age and he was thrust into the role of CEO. There was no transition. 

Matt took over a business that had people issues, profit issues, lack of control issues and overall underperformance. Matt is a strong proponent of business peer groups and through the 10X program of Strategic Coach he met Gino Wickman.  Matt found what he was looking for with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and he became an early client of EOS.  In 5 years, they grew from a regional brand to a multi-national operating company that grew from $34M to $70M while earning industry recognition with Matt being recognized with the 40 under 40 award and the company winning an award for product Innovation.  

While building his business with EOS, Matt realized that his passion is coaching entrepreneurial freedom from what he’d learned in what works and what doesn't work in getting what you want from your business. In 2016, he sold the company to become an EOS Implementer.  He is a current member of Vistage and a past member of the 10X Program of Strategic Coach, EO (Entrepreneur Organization), Genius Network and Abundance 360.

Getting Focused and Clarifying Vision

The Focus Day™. A day to give your leadership team tools to clarify who’s responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers.

Your leadership team then uses the new tools for the next 30 days to experience real improvement.

Vision Building™ Day 1. Another day with your leadership team that starts by reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day tools. You will then begin to use the Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO™) tool to clarify your vision, starting with who you are, why you exist, what you do and where you are going. You will also get a great tool for reviewing your people.

Your team again uses the tools for the next 30 days to experience more improvement. This is a spaced-learning approach which has proven to be most effective for quickly gaining proficiency with the tools.

Vision Building™ Day 2.  Another day with your leadership team to master the Focus Day tools and continue using the V/TO tool to complete your vision, clarify your Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan and priorities for the next 90 days.
